What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver hands‑on scaffolding and access training that reflects current site standards
- Design and deliver practical sessions and theory lessons in line with CITB’s gold‑standard training
- Support learners to develop not only technical know‑how, but also essential English, Maths, and digital skills
- Coach, mentor, and inspire learners — many of whom are fresh to the industry
- Create a safe, supportive, and energetic learning environment
- Track learner progress and celebrate their success like it’s a topped‑out scaffold
You won’t just teach, you’ll transform!
Your Experience:
- A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Scaffolding (or equivalent)
- At least 10 years’ scaffolding experience, including holding a valid CISRS card
- Passion, patience, and a genuine desire to teach
- A Level 3 teaching qualification — or willingness to earn it with our full support
- Knowledge of health & safety, risk assessments, and scaffolding standards
- Hold a Level 2 qualification or higher in English and maths or demonstrate proficiency at Level 2 or above through a recognised assessment in both subjects.
