What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver hands‑on scaffolding and access training that reflects current site standards
  • Design and deliver practical sessions and theory lessons in line with CITB’s gold‑standard training
  • Support learners to develop not only technical know‑how, but also essential English, Maths, and digital skills
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire learners — many of whom are fresh to the industry
  • Create a safe, supportive, and energetic learning environment
  • Track learner progress and celebrate their success like it’s a topped‑out scaffold

You won’t just teach, you’ll transform!

Your Experience:

  • A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Scaffolding (or equivalent)
  • At least 10 years’ scaffolding experience, including holding a valid CISRS card
  • Passion, patience, and a genuine desire to teach
  • A Level 3 teaching qualification — or willingness to earn it with our full support
  • Knowledge of health & safety, risk assessments, and scaffolding standards
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification or higher in English and maths or demonstrate proficiency at Level 2 or above through a recognised assessment in both subjects.
