The Construction Industry Training Board is seeking a senior leader to help translate national strategy into meaningful regional impact across the South East and South West. As Head of Regional Engagement, you will have responsibility for leading geographically dispersed teams, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes across the construction skills system. You will play a critical role in strengthening employer engagement, shaping workforce development, and ensuring CITB’s work delivers tangible impact for our industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring geographically dispersed regional teams
- Building influential partnerships across industry and local government
- Driving workforce development and regional engagement strategies
- Championing opportunities for new entrants into construction
- Influencing stakeholders and representing CITB
- Driving innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader who can influence at senior level and deliver results in a complex stakeholder environment. You will bring:
- Significant leadership experience across regional or operational teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Knowledge of construction skills, training, or workforce development
- A passion for developing people, partnerships, and future talent
