Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about supporting learners on their apprenticeship journey? CITB is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Apprenticeship Processing Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Location: NCC Scotland,Inchinnan, Scotland, PA4 9RQ
Hours of Work: Full-time
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term for 6 months
Grade: TM2
Target Salary: £28,784 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process candidate records, contracts, and documentation in line with agreed procedures and service standards
- Coordinate key processing stages from registration to completion, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
- Respond to routine queries from internal and external contacts, escalating complex matters as needed
- Maintain accurate records to support audit, compliance, and funding requirements
- Support the team with administrative duties including reports, correspondence, and communications
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and systems
Your Experience:
- Clear and confident communicator — written, verbal, and face-to-face
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
- Experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications
- Customer-focused with a positive approach to working relationships
- Organised and able to manage workload to meet deadlines
- Experience in a compliance-led or regulated environment
- Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery or educational/training settings
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes
