The predicted salary is between 26403 - 28142 £ per year.
We are a vibrant organisation looking for new talent. If you want to build your skills and experience to support your career, we’d love you to join our team. We are seeking one permanent Administrative Assistant as well as temporary maternity cover for up to 12 months. We will also hold a waiting list of appointable candidates for a period of 12 months for both permanent and temporary roles.
Essential Criteria
- You must have either:
- Option 1: At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language (or equivalent) AND at least 1 year of relevant work experience* gained within the last 3 years
- Option 2: At least 2 years of relevant work experience* gained within the last 5 years
- Plus able to use a range of computer systems, including:
- Microsoft Word (mail merge and general communication)
- Microsoft Excel (workbooks, charts, formulas)
- Microsoft Outlook
- Able to communicate clearly and build good working relationships
- Able to manage your time well and prioritise your workload
*Relevant experience includes customer service (internal or external) and general administrative duties such as call handling and preparing documents.
