The Citation Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our fast-paced and growing Contact Centre team. We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams. The role:
- Listen back to customer calls and gauge the quality of the appointments booked, making sure they meet the business standards and expectations.
- Share collected call recordings to share with colleagues, helping to support training, give constructive feedback and drive ongoing improvement.
- Manage the administration and allocation of inbound leads to the appropriate teams or individuals.
- Answer inbound customer calls, providing a professional and helpful first point of contact.
- Handle appointment cancellations efficiently, updating systems and communicating changes as needed.
About you:
