Your Role: Be the Driving Force Behind Our Growth

As a Business Development Consultant, you’re more than just a salesperson—you’re a deal-maker, a relationship builder, and a key player in Citation’s success.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Prospect – Connect with key decision-makers across industries
• Outbound Sales – Speak with potential clients, understand their challenges, and present tailored solutions
• Build Relationships – Become a trusted advisor, positioning Citation as the go-to provider
• Manage Your Pipeline – Use our CRM system to track leads and opportunities
• Hit and Exceed Targets – With the full support of our expert teams
• Stay Ahead – Keep up with industry trends and Citation’s unique edge over competitors
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive success

Who You Are:

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy professionals who thrive in a competitive sales environment.

• Proven success in outbound calling and B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and resilient, with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads and performance
• A go-getter with the drive to grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment
