As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business growth. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely add value. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively engaging new B2B prospects through outbound sales activity
- Taking a consultative approach to understand business needs and pain points
- Booking high-quality appointments for our field sales specialists
- Managing activity and performance through a modern CRM system
- Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
- Collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to refine messaging and strategy
