💼 The Role:

As a Business Development Consultant, you\’ll be a key part of our growth engine connecting with business leaders, understanding their challenges, and showing them how Citation’s solutions can transform their operations.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Outbound sales: Reach out to potential clients across key sectors
• Consultative approach: Understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Appointment setting: Secure quality appointments for our field sales team
• CRM management: Stay organised and data-driven with a modern sales tech stack
• Target smashing: Hit and exceed individual KPIs and team goals
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with marketing and sales leadership to refine strategies and messaging

👤 What You’ll Bring

• A proven track record in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting
• Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills
• A resilient, self-motivated attitude—you thrive under pressure and love the buzz of success
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
