Fire Risk Assessor

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.

The Opportunity

Due to sustained demand and exciting growth, we’re expanding our fire safety provision and are seeking experienced Fire Risk Assessors with excellent people skills and a proactive, practical mindset. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in critical client sectors like health and social care, education, and hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting fire risk assessments on-site using our bespoke Atlas system.
  • Providing additional consultancy services such as Fire Evacuation Plans, PEEPs and GEEPs.
  • Offering clear, actionable advice aligned with current UK fire safety legislation and best practices.
  • Developing trusted relationships with clients, acting as their go-to expert in all fire safety matters.
  • Sharing your knowledge and experience across our nationwide team.
  • Maintaining CPD requirements and staying ahead of industry developments.

We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of Level 3 fire safety qualification (essential – must be able to provide proof).
  • Experience working across various premises—particularly domiciliary care settings is a bonus.
  • Background as a Fire Risk Assessor, H&S Officer with fire experience, or Fire & Rescue professional.
  • A passion for safety, a client-first mindset, and a flair for collaborative consultancy.
