Your Role: Empowering Clients and Driving Compliance
This is a blended consultancy role, perfect for someone who loves both giving expert HR advice and offering hands-on client support.
You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their businesses remain compliant in today’s ever-changing employment law landscape, delivering a mix of proactive guidance and practical assistance.
Your Responsibilities
- HR & Employment Law Advice: Provide end-to-end telephone support to clients on a wide range of issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, and redundancy.
- Hands-On Client Support: Offer ad hoc services such as chairing disciplinary or grievance hearings, leading exit negotiations, or delivering HR training tailored to client needs.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand clients’ unique challenges and provide customised support to help them navigate complex HR and employment law issues.
- Compliance Champion: Keep businesses up to date with changing legislation, ensuring they remain compliant in an increasingly regulated environment.
