The role:
- Distribute referrals to the sales team on a daily basis.
- Review and quality-assure agreements, ensuring smooth resolution through the approval process.
- Provide support for Vonage platform (telephone system) usage and oversee call management activities.
- Generate and maintain reports on the utilisation of sales enablement tools such as Showpad.
- Provide administrative support to sales team managers, ensuring efficient operations.
- Take on extra projects and tasks as needed to help meet business goals.
