The Role

Due to our continued success, we are expanding our team and recruiting for experienced Fire Risk Assessors with brilliant people skills and a can-do approach. We want our colleagues to bring their great personalities to work, not just their policies, and put the client at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct visits of client sites and compile suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments using our Atlas system.
  • Deliver additional support to clients through on-site fire consultancy, such as creation of fire evacuation plans, PEEPs and GEEPs.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of current UK fire safety legislation, guidance and best practice.
  • Maintain CPD in line with membership body requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to provide competent advice following the delivery of fire risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client and colleague relationships and ensure high quality service delivery.
  • Offer knowledge, experience and support to other colleaguesacross the business.
  • Attend regional and national meetings and conferences.

If you are an experienced Fire Risk Assessor, H&S Officer (with fire experience) or a Fire Fighter (with fire safety training) then this role could be for you!

Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of complex Fire Risk Assessments within a domiciliary care setting as one of our top sectors for Fire Safety is care.
