What You'll Do
- Develop our cloudâbased cyber security platform using Django and React
- Coach and support team members through code reviews and pair programming
- Provide line management for team members including regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Leverage and integrate latest AI assistants and tools to boost productivity and code quality
- Full stack, ideally using Python (Django) and React
- Champion of TDD, BDD, and qualityâdriven development
- Proven experience integrating and managing thirdâparty APIs
- Apply software security fundamentals and lead the team in this area
- Working knowledge of AWS services, GitHub Actions and Terraform
- Experience managing a remote team
- Remote work in a fastâpaced environment while maintaining a good workâlife balance
