The Role
You will be responsible for contacting current clients and booking visits for our Field Consultants, accepting our core values of being energetic, positive and supportive, and focused on putting the client at the heart of everything you do.
- Client Engagement: engage with businesses, understand their unique needs, and book client visits accordingly.
- Building Relationships: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- Objection Handling: skillfully handle objections, address concerns about service or booking visits on time.
- Adaptive Communication: adapt and vary your communication style to resonate effectively with diverse audiences; this is a busy, fast‑paced role where a high volume of outbound calling to clients will be required.
