Job Overview

Base Salary: Up to £28,000 + uncapped commission

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Location: Hybrid – 4 days in office, Wilmslow HQ

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage new B2B prospects through outbound sales activity
  • Take a consultative approach to understand business needs and pain points
  • Book high‑quality appointments for our field sales specialists
  • Manage activity and performance through a modern CRM system
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to refine messaging and strategy
