We’re now looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team at an exciting time of continued growth and investment.
The Role
- This role is focused entirely on our existing client base, working over the phone.
- You will be speaking to businesses who already use Citation services, identifying opportunities to add value, and upselling and cross-selling additional products and services that support their compliance and business needs.
- You’ll own the full process from start to finish:
- Engaging warm, existing clients over the phone
- Identifying needs and opportunities
- Delivering tailored solutions
- Handling objections with confidence
- Closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Managing your pipeline through CRM systems
