Location: Hybrid – 4 days in office, Glasgow City Centre

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business growth. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely add value. This is a fast-paced, consultative sales role where success is recognised, rewarded, and accelerated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively engaging new B2B prospects through outbound sales activity
  • Taking a consultative approach to understand business needs and pain points
  • Booking high-quality appointments for our field sales specialists
  • Managing activity and performance through a modern CRM system
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to refine messaging and strategy
