Citadines Trafalgar Square London is seeking a confident Night Receptionistto become partof our Front Office Team. Our properties operate 24/7. Nightshifts are 11pm to 7.30am.
You will report to the Front Office Manager, supportingtowardsproviding our guests with memorable experiencesof the city.
As Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Offering a warm welcome and departure experienceto our guests, managing expectations by constantly seeking opportunities topersonalise their needs, travel purposes, plans, etc
- Managing night operations by checking arrivalsand departures reservations, missing bookings, payments, and any ratediscrepancies
- Taking initiative in accommodating thecustomers’ needs in a resourceful manner
- Being pro-active in the learning and developmentof administrative tasks, procedures, processes and standards and ensure correctpractice
- Ensuring that End of Day reports and nightauditing sheets are completed to the required standard and take responsibilityin providing full handovers to all relevant parties/shifts.
To be successful in the role of Night Receptionist, werequire:
- Excellentguest engagement skills
- Abilityto bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- Willingnessto learn and work with IT systems quickly
- Abilityto communicate and organise yourself in line with different guestexpectations
- Agood command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
