Citadines City Centre Liverpool is seeking a confident Housekeeping Attendantto become part of our Housekeeping Team. Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on rotating shift basis on a seven-day period.
Please note this role is part time, 20 hours per week.
You will report to the Head Housekeeper, supporting towardsproviding our guests with memorable experiencesof the city.
As our Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to Housekeeping requests required as directed
- Cleaning equipment and rooms according to Citadines standards
- Ensuring the upkeep of all common areas
- Communicating with guests in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with procedures
- Working with all departments in the property to ensure operational efficiency
- Being aware of all Health & Safety requirements.
To be successful in the role ofHousekeeping Attendant, we require:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
