Payroll Associate

Citadel Source is partnering with a successful, well-known company based in the Bristol area to recruit an experienced Payroll Associate to join their payroll team.

The role

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing and administering rewards programs, supporting payroll operations, and helping shape the future of in-house payroll management.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of payroll. You will be detail-oriented, organised and have strong communication skills.

As a Payroll Associate, your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Monthly payroll administration support to include new starters, leavers and benefit changes
• Update and maintain the benefits portal
• Assist with year end transactions, including P60\\\’s etc
• Monitoring the payroll inbox and acting on queries and escalation
• Any other payroll duties as required
• Assist the Payroll Manager in aligning outsourced payrolls and integrating them in-house

What the client has to offer

• A salary level up to £33,000 per annum
• Parking on-site
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
