Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering with Molson Group on a unique opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to develop their career on a permanent basis in Texas, USA as a Commercial Manager. This role will train in Bristol, England, prior to moving to Texas in late 2025 on a long-term working visa.

The role
This role represents a unique opportunity to join a scaled, growing business in an integral function that is central to the success of the business. You would report to the current US-based Commercial Director, and there are strong career prospects in the role to potentially progress up to the Commercial Director level, based on performance. This role will be vital in the growth of the US business, providing support to the sales team and directors with the preparation of larger deal costings and tender applications.
About you
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded, financially literate professional, potentially a qualified accountant in a corporate finance role within a major consulting business or pricing role within a corporate business. The right candidate will have the ability and willingness to move to the USA and take on a major opportunity with the client within their rapidly expanding US business in a Commercial role. The successful candidate will be hugely career-driven, willing to relocate and looking to build a fast-track career abroad despite the challenges that come with international relocation.
As the Commercial Manager your role will include but not be limited to:
- Providing support to the sales team and directors with the preparation of larger deal costings and tender applications
- Supporting the Commercial Director with forecasting, ordering and managing equipment stock, from demand analysis to managing the ordering of equipment in the ERP system and on Suppliers’ portals
- Liaising with equipment suppliers for stock availability and price levels – negotiation skills essential
- Overseeing equipment allocations, to ensure that the deal requirements are met
- Working with the Data Team to develop our Power BI reporting and analysis suite to support and enhance our sales and commercial activity
- Preparing margin analysis to facilitate the monthly sales team commission calculation
- Producing and reviewing sales forecasts on a weekly basis to ensure target attainment and maintain cashflow accuracy
- Responsibility for leading both the commercial and sales support teams
- Supporting the Aftermarket Director in understanding the profitability and pricing of parts and service
- Providing input into the production of annual budgets and ad hoc forecasts as required for Molson’s US businesses
