Citadel Source is partnering with a successful manufacturing company based in the Gloucestershire area to recruit an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join their small finance team. The role This role entails ownership of the transactional function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Payroll. This is a position you can really put your own stamp on the role by putting new processes in place and improve efficiencies. About you To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position where you have had control and ownership over the transactional function of a business. You will be detail-oriented, and organised, have strong communication skills and ideally have experience of clearing an AP ledger.
