Responsibilities:
- Working with sales and trading teams to process trade execution across the trade lifecycle.
- Working in a team environment that closely integrates trading, technology and operational excellence.
- Managing risk breaks, assisting with executions and middle office functions.
- Automating operational workflows and partnering with developers and technology teams to architect, build, and deliver robust platforms to reduce manual overhead and risk.
- Developing robust processes to aid in the deployment of new trading capabilities.
- Coordinating with developers to help with releases and testing for new software.
- Coordinating efforts with Trading, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth expansion and day-to-day operation of the business.
- Liaising with operations, accounting and business management departments to develop and answer ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Rates, Bonds, and Credit.
- Experienced knowledge of linear Rates.
- Experience interfacing with trading and technology systems.
- Process driven approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across multiple groups.
- A highly analytic mentality and a rigorous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated self-starter, with the drive and can-do attitude to learn new things and push through change to deliver results.
- A completed degree from a top tier university in economics.

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $250,000. In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
