AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.We're looking for a Senior Client Director to join our expanding EMEA region to act as the commercial leader of a portfolio of strategic client accounts that is responsible for accelerating the profitable growth by expanding engagements, relationships & measurable business value. This role will act as the CEO of the accounts, giving autonomy to grow & run the accounts by planning & executing the strategy to embed themselves by bringing together the technology strategy, delivery, data, AI, marketing, partnerships & new business.This position will require you to be onsite in CI&T's London office/client's offices a minimum of 3 days a week, depending on client need.The Key Responsibilities of this role are:Own the Account StrategyDevelop & execute strategic account growth plans aligned the the clients and CI&T's objectivesLead the client Strategy GroupAct as commercial owner across a portfolio of strategic accountsDrive the Commercial GrowthDeliver 20%+ year on year growth across your accountsLead commercial strategy & solutionsPartner with the new business director around a shared growth planBuild Executive RelationshipsEstablish trusted relationships across C-Suite & senior stakeholdersLead business reviews, strategic governance & transformation discussionsDevelop deep client intelligence to shape long term engagementsChampion Delivery ExcellenceOwn the overall commercial performance, forecasting and profitability on your portfolioBuild efficient partnerships with the delivery leaders to ensure the programmes deliver measurable business outcomesAct as the escalation point for client engagementsLead CollaborationBring together CI&T's teams to build solutions to complex issues within the clientCoordinate executive engagements and thought leadershipShare market insights with the wider teamWhat we're looking for:Strong commercial experience within a technology consultancy or similar with a proven track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable year on year growthConfident in stakeholder management to C-levelExpert in recognising opportunities, qualifying them and strategically planning accountsAbility to connect business insights to strategic growthExcellent presentation skills and object handlingExperienced in working with nearshore and offshore delivery teamsCan lead complex, global technology and business change for critical enterprise platformsCollaboration is our superpower, diversity unites us, and excellence is our standard.
