We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to play a critical role in an enterprise-scale data platform transformation for a leading international client. You will lead the design and execution of change management strategies that drive successful adoption, working closely with stakeholders across business, analytics, IT, product, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the transformation readiness framework, working with programme senior leadership to ensure change strategies are defined and executed.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned to the technical roadmap.
- Design and deliver targeted engagement, communications, and business readiness activities to foster new ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with teams, including IT, Product and Marketing to plan and land change interventions that fit each area.
- Lead the mapping of roles, responsibilities, governance, and data ownership, ensuring clarity and accountability at every level.
- Coordinate and deliver role-based training and upskilling programs to build confidence with new platforms, tools, and processes.
- Establish, grow, and support change champion and stewardship networks to promote peer-to-peer enablement.
- Operate multi-channel communications campaigns (newsletters, Slack/Teams, intranet hubs, face-to-face/live sessions) to ensure transparency and ongoing business engagement.
- Run business readiness assessments, facilitate feedback loops, and monitor adoption metrics, reporting progress to leadership.
- Troubleshoot adoption hurdles, manage resistance, and embed a culture committed to data quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Substantial experience managing change in large-scale data, digital, or technology transformation programmes in the Financial Sector.
- Deep knowledge of data governance, analytics, and digital transformation in enterprise contexts.
- Strong ability to influence, engage, and support cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience in Agile/iterative delivery environments.
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
