Overview
As Senior Client Director at CI&T in EMEA, you lead a portfolio of strategic financial services accounts, driving profitable growth and expanding engagements. You act as the account CEO, shaping strategy across technology, delivery, data, AI, marketing, and partnerships. You’ll work onsite in London several days weekly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. This role offers influence across executive stakeholders and a clear impact on client outcomes and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the account strategy and develop growth plans aligned with client and CI&T objectives
- Lead the client Strategy Group and act as commercial owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Drive 20%+ year-on-year growth and shape commercial strategy and solutions
- Partner with the New Business Director on a shared growth plan
- Build executive relationships and lead business reviews, governance, and transformation discussions
- Develop deep client intelligence to inform long-term engagements
- Own commercial performance, forecasting, and profitability across the portfolio
- Foster efficient partnerships with delivery leaders to ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes
- Serve as escalation point for client engagements
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration to solve complex issues and share market insights
- Lead executive engagements and thought leadership with clients and the wider team
Key requirements
- Strong commercial experience within a technology consultancy or similar with a proven track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable year on year growth
- Expert in financial services industry and managing and growing financial services clients
- Confident in stakeholder management to C-level
- Expert in recognizing opportunities, qualifying them and strategically planning accounts
- Ability to connect business insights to strategic growth
- Excellent presentation skills and object handling
- Experienced in working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams
- Can lead complex, global technology and business change for critical enterprise platforms
