Property Marketing Executive

CIT is seeking a Marketing Executive to oversee a diverse portfolio of super-prime residential, Hospitality and Commercial property brands. This role involves project-managing the delivery of ad hoc marketing elements and PR as needed. You will help drive strategy to shape each project’s trajectory. You’ll sit within a sales and marketing team of 3, reporting directly to the Head of Residential but working with the project directors for each asset to deliver upon their objectives.

Current projects include 8 Eaton Lane, HYLO, 12 Arthur Street, 60 Sloane Avenue, The Shepherd Hotel & The Pembroke Members Club, with more in the pipeline. The role also extends to managing CIT’s corporate brand and website.

The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with 1-3 years experience in some of the following areas: digital marketing, Interiors / Show Flats, PR, project and agency management, and stakeholder relations. You may have experience in Property, or another luxury sector and be willing to learn fast on the job.
