At Cistermiser – a leader in intelligent water‑management solutions – we are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our sales team by generating new opportunities and building customer relationships.

The Role

You will work closely with Business Development Managers, booking appointments, uncovering new projects, tracking opportunities and collaborating with Marketing on campaigns that drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Book appointments for Business Development Managers through outbound calls, emails and prospecting.
  • Speak with new and existing customers across a range of sectors.
  • Identify exciting new projects using project databases.
  • Build relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, architects, facilities managers and end‑users.
  • Track projects and opportunities through our CRM system.
  • Work alongside Marketing on campaigns that generate new business.
  • Help drive sales growth while promoting innovative water‑saving solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling or appointment setting.
  • Lead generation or solution‑selling experience.
  • Commercial awareness and B2B sales knowledge.
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction or building services (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms or specification sales (desirable but not essential).
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A target‑focused mindset with the drive to earn bonus.
