At Cision, we believe in empowering every individual to make an impact. Here, your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your unique perspective fuels our collective success. As part of our global team, you’ll thrive in an environment that champions curiosity, collaboration, and innovation, all while making meaningful contributions to the brands we accelerate.

We’re looking for a motivated, inquisitive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing UK team. This isn’t your average entry-level sales role. At Cision, SDRs are strategic partners - qualifying leads, understanding client challenges, and booking high-quality product demonstrations for our Business Development Managers to close.

You’ll engage with marketing and communications professionals across some of the UK’s most influential organisations, helping them streamline workflows, gain media insights, and measure their PR impact using Cision’s world-leading technology. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s looking to break into SaaS or B2B sales in a structured, supportive, and ambitious environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive quality outbound and inbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn (around 60+ strategic activities per day).
  • Qualify leads to ensure they’re sales-ready and aligned to business needs.
  • Understand the goals of PR and marketing professionals and articulate how Cision’s software delivers value.
  • Book qualified demos and collaborate closely with BDMs to move opportunities forward.
  • Partner with your team to test messaging, share learnings, and continually improve outreach performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • A graduate or individual with prior workplace experience (any industry).
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to start a career in B2B or SaaS sales.
  • Curious and commercially minded - you enjoy learning about businesses and solving problems.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and enthusiastic approach.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and open to feedback and coaching.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, driven culture.
  • Past sales or cold-calling experience is not required - we’ll train you.

What We Offer

  • Global market leader in PR, comms, and media intelligence software.
  • Best-in-class tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  • Quarterly wellness days to recharge and reset.
  • Hybrid working with 2–3 days a week in our Canary Wharf office – enjoy stocked snacks, drinks, and regular team events.
  • Clear, structured career progression into Business Development, Account Management and beyond.
  • Supportive, inclusive culture where effort and potential are recognised and rewarded.
