Account Managers are responsible for managing our existing Mid-market customers from a revenue, product, and renewal perspective. The objective is to build great client relationships from the initial onboarding through to the negotiation of renewals.
What You’ll Do- Providing ongoing account support to our existing customers.
- Conducting sales research and identifying new sales/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Analyzing market and customer potential to minimize termination risks.
- Contract management: Managing contracts, deliverables, and deadlines for renewals as well as upsell/cross-sell.
- Independently prepare and conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Be a trusted advisor for your clients and become their first point of contact for inquiries.
- Completed studies with at least 2-3 years of work experience.
- Experience in a sales role focused on existing customers or new business required.
- Eagerness to work in an Account Management role with a focus on upselling SaaS products and client engagement.
- Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
- Great organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience of the media industry ideal is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
