We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global People Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic People team. This strategic, globally focused role will support senior leadership and managers across multiple regions, shaping and executing our global People strategy.
As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will drive a high-performance culture, provide strategic guidance, and ensure an exceptional employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, transformative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and managers, aligning People initiatives with business goals and growth plans.
- Partner with and manage globally dispersed teams to develop and implement effective people strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK and international employment laws.
- Champion a high-performance culture through leadership accountability, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive impactful initiatives.
- Collaborate with People Centres of Excellence to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead onboarding for senior hires and support organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a global organization, ideally within technology, marketing, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven support for senior leaders and experience in aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Experience managing employee relations in compliance with UK and EMEA laws.
- Experience partnering with GTM functions like sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Ability to lead transformation initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, talent, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions.
- Global experience, especially in US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a global tech or SaaS company with knowledge of employment regulations and cultural nuances across EMEA.
Proven leadership in managing geographically distributed teams, supporting regional growth, and driving large-scale people initiatives.
- Strong presentation skills, engaging senior leadership and driving impactful discussions.
- Ability to navigate high-growth, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic problem-solver with an innovative mindset and proactive approach.
