At Brandwatch, a Cision company, our Sales team is at the forefront of generating business opportunities. As an Account Executive (AE), you’ll play a crucial role in building and owning our pipeline. Your mission will be to research and engage with potential accounts, run qualified sales opportunities, and drive deals through to close.
What you'll do:
- Be the face of Brandwatch, you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers;
- Stay up to date on industry news and understand the social media landscape;
- Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product;
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals.
How you'll do it:
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers, using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, and other platforms;
- Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions with prospects;
- Make an average of targeted outbound activities to prospects each week, with the goal of progressing and closing opportunities;
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and progress deals through each stage of the sales cycle;
- Engage in training and development programs.
What you'll have:
- A background in managing the full sales cycle from start to finish;
- Experience selling multiple products, selling to mid-market and enterprise organisations and understanding how to navigate procurement;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills;
- Motivation and determination to succeed paired with a positive mindset that allows you to (over)reach your targets;
- Ability to execute and take responsibility;
- Coachability and self-awareness;
