The Client Success Manager is responsible for helping clients achieve measurable business value from their investment in Cisilion.
Through proactive engagement, strategic Success Planning and strong stakeholder relationships, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive meaningful business outcomes and support long-term client success.
You will own a portfolio of client relationships, acting as the primary advocate for your clients within Cisilion.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery and Commercial teams, you will ensure clients realise value from our services, achieve agreed outcomes and view Cisilion as a trusted strategic partner.
The role is centered on four key objectives
- Delivering measurable client outcomes.
- Creating exceptional client experiences.
- Protecting and growing recurring revenue.
- Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Experience needed
- 3-5+ years experience in a Client Success Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- Experience within an MSP, Managed Services Provider, Cisco or Microsoft Partner, IT Services organisation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and/or Cisco Networking products.
- Experience with Customer Engagement, Customer Lifecycle Management, Adoption & Consumption, Renewals and Customer Retention
- Commercially aware and comfortable identifying growth opportunities.
