Overview
You will be a part of a Unified Communications consultancy team, responsible for the design, implementation and support of Cisco IP Contact Centre solutions for Cisilion customers. Project size will vary between 20 to 2000 users.
Responsibilities
- Capture customer requirements, design call flow and produce scripts
- Design and implement solutions to meet customer requirements for contact centres that use voice, e-mail, video, text and IM as contact methods
- Plan, design and implement IP Telephony networks
