Cisilion are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering client facing IT infrastructure and technology projects in dynamic environments. This role is a Fixed Term Contract (salaried) for 12 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or collaboration technology solutions while managing stakeholders, vendors, and clients in high-pressure settings.

- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of both IT (infrastructure, networking, cloud, or collaboration technologies).
- Certification: Accredited in Prince II or PMI.
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Cisco and/or Microsoft products.
- Client Engagement: Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Influence and Impact: Strong ability to influence key decisions.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in technology usage.
- Technical Writing: Experience in project documentation writing.
- PSA & CRM Experience: Familiarity with PSA & CRM systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Vendor Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain vendor relationships.
Key Tasks
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. Execute IT infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, cloud migrations, collaboration solutions, voice and audiovisual deployments, and data center implementations. Apply robust project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMI) and adhere to established PMO governance frameworks. Manage complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Stakeholder and Client Engagement: Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to understand client requirements. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Cisco and/or Microsoft technologies in project planning and delivery. Ensure IT infrastructure designs align with industry best practices and client needs.
- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate, guide, and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery. Foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams, both internal and external. Track and manage project budgets, providing regular financial updates to stakeholders. Present profit and loss (P&L) insights and financial risks at the leadership level.
