The Technical Enablement Architect is responsible for sales, technology, architecture, and cross-architecture enablement within Cisco's Global Sales Enablement and Acceleration (SEA) team. The role involves coordinating training programs, curriculum development, and collaboration with various stakeholder groups to enhance the technical selling capabilities of Cisco’s sales force.
Responsibilities include:
- Aligning training initiatives with architectural and business priorities.
- Collaborating with architecture teams, SMEs, and instructional designers to develop and refresh technical training resources.
- Supporting continuous evaluation of sales training curricula and materials.
- Managing programs related to technology platforms that enable virtual learning experiences.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio, industry trends, and competitors.
- Leading program projects, creating enablement strategies, and participating in recruiting efforts.
- Focusing on reporting metrics and evangelizing program success stories.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience and at least 1 year in sales training or adult education.
