- Full Lifecycle Development: Work in an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products.
- Dev Ops & Microservices: Be trained on and help manage the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture, including being part of an on-call rotation.
- Adaptable & Problem-Solver: Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Ownership & Quality: Take responsibility for tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a level of high attention to detail.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Analytical Degree: Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e. g. Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics).
- Coding Aptitude: 10+ years of professional programming experience in C++/C#, and the willingness to learn new languages quickly.
- Experience with Linux development: Experience with using Linux and developing software running on Linux.
- Experience with virtualisation and containers: An understanding of virtual machines and containerisation technologies, and experience with Docker.
- Preferred Qualifications
Any of the following skills would be particularly advantageous, but we welcome applications without these:
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Windows development
- Experience with data science / AI
- Knowledge of networks and networking protocols (such as TCP/IP and HTTP)
- Exposure to cryptography
- Familiarity with audio and video coding, processing techniques, and technologies (such as Opus or H.264)
- Familiarity with Git, Dev Ops, continuous integration, continuous delivery
