The White Glove Security Product Success manager acts as a linchpin between our product groups and our customers’ needs. This role will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to formulate a strategy in alignment with Sales, aimed at accelerating the 'Land and Expand' sales process and documenting best practices in our early adopter customers.
- Create and Document White Glove Support and Marketing Program for Smart Switch Adoption
- Manage the collaboration with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Sales, Customer Success, PMM & Product Engineering) to support the land and expand sales motion for Smart Switch Sales in our Top 100 customers
- Document Adoption Strategy and milestones within top 100 customers
- Stay in sync with internal product and engineering teams, reporting customer feedback to engineering and ensuring marketing strategies align with product roadmap
- Partner with data specialists to ensure our programs are measurable and integrated with CRM, sales, and other marketing systems.
- Foster strong connections with Field Sales in specific Regions, educating them about the Cisco Portfolio and establishing Cisco Security products as the preferred choice for Security Buyers' Customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in marketing technologies and networking, or network security are highly recommended.
- 3+ years in a Product Marketing position or 3+ years in a technical sales role.
- A proven track record in product communication or technical training is required.
- Deep understanding of Networking & Security solutions.
- Adeptness in solution-focused communication and content creation.
- Proven ability to accelerate sales processes.
- Familiarity with SalesForce reporting.
