Your Impact

As a Networking Specialist at Cisco, you become a key player in shaping the future of connectivity and innovation. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies. Market opportunity and Strategy:

  • Contribute to the high touch segment strategy, build and implement a networking growth plan based on the market opportunity.

Customer Engagement and Opportunity Development:

  • Work closely with the portfolio sales teams to grow and expand the networking funnel.
  • Actively contribute to the account planning process and deliver a 1-2 year technology engagement plan for key customers.

Programmatic Campaign Ownership:

  • Own and drive programmatic architectural campaigns to generate incremental pipelines for focus segments, including leading and delivering one to many events for customers and partners.

Competitive Differentiation:

  • Leverage Cisco’s technology portfolio to align with and address customer business objectives.

Continuous learning and Skill Development:

  • Invest time in personal education continually developing your technical skills, business acumen and vertical/industry knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years experience selling Networking with proven success in a field sales capacity.
  • A sound understanding of Cisco's Networking strategy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross functionally.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of using MEDDPICC to develop Champions and influence multiple decision makers.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML integration in networking.
