Role:
Are you experienced in building, managing, and delivering successful sales results within Telco or Insurance sectors? Are you passionate about new technologies and eager to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization?
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our successful Strategic Sales team, focusing on Insurance and Telco clients.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver iACV revenue each quarter, with a target of over $400,000 net new incremental revenue and maintain Annual Recurring Revenue across the territory.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business at least three times the sales target.
- Sell into existing accounts, establishing favorable pricing and business terms by demonstrating value and ROI.
- Utilize Sales Engineering, internal and partner resources, and our sales methodology (MEDDPICC) effectively.
- Collaborate with international and domestic colleagues to expand deal size and value.
- Maintain open communication and work as a team to optimize resource deployment.
- Provide feedback to product management and marketing based on customer interactions.
Required experience:
- 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a competitive, fast-paced market.
- 5+ years of proven success in Software/SaaS sales, preferably in Telco or Insurance sectors.
- Experience in expanding, upselling, and cross-selling within accounts, managing complex sales cycles.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and high performance.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise solutions.
- Skilled in developing business champions and fostering internal relationships.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities exceeding $1 million iACV and closing them.
- Comfortable selling to C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
- Knowledge of building and maintaining a 3x pipeline and executing collaborative pipeline generation plans.
- Strong executive presence, excellent management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, working independently and remotely.
- Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise/infrastructure management, application development, security, or analytics. Experience with Observability or APM solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and areas.
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com.
