Overview
In questa role you partner with Sales UKI leaders to shape and execute talent strategies that align with business goals. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from scoping roles to offers, while leveraging data and market insights to improve outcomes. You work closely with Compensation and People Partners to drive informed hiring decisions and create an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience. This role combines strategy, stakeholder collaboration and hands-on delivery to support Cisco’s growth in the UK and Ireland sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders to understand business priorities and tailor talent strategies
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, sourcing, candidate management, interview coordination, offer delivery
- Utilize recruitment metrics and market insights to optimize hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with Compensation and HR Partners to inform hiring decisions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Embed inclusive hiring practices and maintain a strong candidate and hiring-team experience
- Drive scalable best practices and process improvements across recruitment
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruitment experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from scope to onboarding
- Experience recruiting for mid-level to senior roles across complex or specialized functions
- Experience using recruitment metrics to inform strategy (e.g., time to hire, pass-through rates, quality of pipeline)
- Experience partnering with HR stakeholders (Compensation, HRBP)
