The Global Partner Sales organization at Cisco is a dynamic, collaborative, and highly innovative team focused on driving growth through our most strategic partnerships worldwide. As part of this organization, the Global System Integrator (GSI) team works closely with leading Indian IT Services companies to build scalable, high-impact go-to-market motions. You will join a global, multicultural team that values strategic thinking, strong execution, transparency, and bold innovation. This team operates at the intersection of partner strategy, sales, product alignment, and global market execution—making it an exciting environment for leaders who want to make tangible business impact across EMEA.
Your Impact: In this role, you will lead the EMEA business for our top six Global System Integrators. You will develop and execute regional partnership strategies and drive measurable revenue growth through high-value GTM, co-selling, and joint initiatives. You will own the EMEA business plan, lead joint sales motions, and strengthen executive alignment across partners and internal Cisco/Splunk teams. Your work will directly influence pipeline creation, strategic deal acceleration, and long-term partner success across the region. You will also act as a change agent—bringing innovation, structure, and clarity to complex partnership environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, business development, or sales within the technology industry.
- 8+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with direct responsibility for revenue targets.
- Experience working for a software vendor handling GSI partnerships (GSI-side experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven success in building and executing joint business plans, meeting performance metrics, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or developing solutions for GSIs.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior business leaders through clear value propositions.
- Experience with data platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise software.
- Confirmed ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in public-facing engagements.
