The Global Early-in-Career Sales Onboarding team within Sales Enablement & Acceleration (SEA) is a forward-thinking, AI-first group on a mission to flip the traditional onboarding experience on its head. We architect the Day 1 journey for our interns and Early-in-Career talent, ensuring every individual is launched toward an incredible career trajectory at Cisco. Your Impact
- Lead a regional team of first-line managers who directly supervise our early-in-career (EIC) sales talent, while holding ultimate accountability for the success of all sales onboarding programs in your GEO.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to understand dynamic business needs and ensure enablement strategies are tailored to drive local success for sales new hires.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to influence global program design, ensuring regional nuances are integrated into our AI-first, forward-thinking onboarding engine.
- Oversee the end-to-end integration of new talent to accelerate productivity and secure long-term career trajectories, driving a disruptive experience that flips the traditional model on its head!
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations within a global technology organization
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role or direct sales leadership position
- Proven experience in strategic planning and executing cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related professional field
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build high-trust relationships with senior sales leadership in EMEA
- Passion for emerging technology and an "AI-first" mentality when solving complex business challenges
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate the value and "why" of the onboarding journey
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures with agility and a forward-thinking perspective
