Requirements
- We are looking for candidates with a technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEAM, or a non-traditional background with real-world proof of technical curiosity such as a home lab, certification, or side project.
- We require fluent English and fluency in the primary language of the country of application.
- We require legal authorisation to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
- We prefer an AI-native mindset with strong learning agility and a passion for networking and software development, including Java or Python.
- We prefer candidates who are comfortable using AI to automate and innovate the engineering process.
- We prefer high emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate a matrix-based organization, influence stakeholders, and collaborate within a hub-based cohort.

Responsibilities
- We train alongside a diverse cohort across the EMEA region in a hub-based environment designed to help us master our craft.
- We collaborate with Cisco Associate Sales Representatives to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
- We build expertise across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud to bridge technical requirements and business value.
- We learn from industry experts, dedicated coaches, and a mentor who is a CSAP alumnus.
- We complete immersive bootcamp training and foundational technical skill-building during the first months of the program.
- We complete three rotational assignments to gain real-world technical sales experience.
- We transition into a Solutions Engineer role to discover, demonstrate, and design solutions for complex customer challenges.
- We use advanced learning platforms and artificial intelligence to design technical solutions and improve strategic decision-making.
- We participate in quarterly competency checkpoints to validate skills and potentially fast-track into further technical roles.
- We join the Global Virtual Engineering team after successful completion of the program and provide software and Solutions Engineering services to customers, partners, and internal sales teams.
