We are seeking highly skilled DV-cleared Senior Network Engineers with deep expertise in Juniper networking, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and F5 load balancing and security technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, securing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures within a high-security environment. This individual will be a key technical authority, ensuring the resilience, security, and performance of critical networking services supporting national-level systems.
Responsibilities
- Network Architecture & Engineering
- Design, implement, and maintain Juniper network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalling, and security platforms.
- Develop high- and low-level designs for secure network solutions.
- Optimise network topologies for performance, resilience, and scalability in mission-critical environments.
- Cisco ISE Administration
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Cisco Identity Services Engine.
- Implement and maintain authentication, authorisation, and accounting (AAA) policies.
- Develop NAC policies, including profiling, posture checks, and certificate-based access.
- Troubleshoot ISE policy sets, device onboarding, and endpoint classification.
- F5 Load Balancing & Security
- Configure, optimise, and support F5 BIG-IP LTM/ASM/APM modules.
- Manage SSL offloading, WAF policies, secure application delivery, and traffic steering.
- Develop iRules and automation scripts where required to optimise traffic flows and enhance security.
Cross-cutting requirements
- Active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance - required for immediate engagement.
Qualifications
- Expert-level experience with Juniper routers, switches, SRX firewalls, and JunOS.
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco ISE, including NAC policy design and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of F5 BIG-IP, including LTM, ASM, APM, WAF, SSL, and traffic management.
- Ability to design secure network architectures in highly classified environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, STP, TACACS+/RADIUS).
- Demonstrable experience troubleshooting complex, large-scale networks in high-availability environments.
