Overview: You will facilitate partnerships between the customer and internal organizations to address new challenges. This role is ideal for someone who has a high EQ and a passion to solve customer demands and scale the team in terms of its growth and abilities in the ever-changing world of technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of Cloud and AI Solution Engineers (SE) specialists who cover UK & Ireland Enterprise customers.
- Set the technical vision and strategy for accounts and identify ways to position Cisco's CAI products and solutions to meet customer demands and ambitions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with technical stakeholders; quickly establish credibility through subject matter expertise and executive presence.
- Facilitate partnerships between the customer and internal organizations to address challenges related to AI, digital sovereignty, and related technology initiatives.
- Contribute to Cisco's go-to-market efforts in the UKI region and support customer journey across AI, data center technology (DC Networking, Virtualization/Kubernetes), and infrastructure security.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications: 5+ years in a technical sales leadership role in the UKI enterprise market.
- Define and drive cultures to attract, retain, and develop best-in-class solution engineering talent.
- Able to demonstrate technical vision and strategy for customer CTO-level priorities.
- Demonstrable understanding of how complex, tiered technology partner networks operate; able to add value and deliver against business objectives.
- Proven experience in a broad technology organization; understanding of a wide range of technologies, their integrations, and value delivery.
- Prior experience as an expert in the Datacenter technology domain: DC Networking, Virtualization/Kubernetes, Infra Security.
- Preferred: experience with AI infrastructure, Automation/Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Technologies, Storage, IP & Optical Transport.
- Ability to present topics clearly and concisely to many levels of business leaders and large audiences; familiarity with Cisco's corporate strategy, products, architectures, and go-to-market approach.
