As a Business Travel Consultant at CTI, you will be responsible for: Booking all aspects of Business Travel including flights, rail, hotel, car hire, and taxi reservations. Managing the entire inquiry process, from searching for various fares and travel options to presenting optimal solutions to the client. Overseeing each booking, ensuring client profile details are considered, travel policies are adhered to, and advising on necessary VISA requirements. Responding to emails and calls within the client's SLA (Service Level Agreement). Managing travel projects, ranging from individual reservations to large groups. Providing alternative options to clients within their travel policy. Confident and clear spoken and written English. Additional language skills are considered a plus. Proficiency in technology products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs. Outstanding geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines. Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service and communication abilities. A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering service excellence.
