We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing and highly reputable team. Due to an expanding client base, this role offers the opportunity to work within the AV industry on large format LED displays, alongside Station Information and Security Systems (SISS) projects within the rail sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing and maintaining electrical systems on LED display and rail infrastructure projects
- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Working on nationwide sites, with occasional international travel
- Ensuring all installations comply with BS7671 regulations
- Working both independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in electrical installation (BS7671 compliant)
- Experience delivering projects to deadlines and budgets
- Good understanding of TCP/IP and general IT systems
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
Essential Qualifications
- C&G 2357 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- ECS Gold Card
- Proven experience with mechanical systems and fixings
- Strong English communication skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Rail industry experience (Sentinel PTS)
- SSSTS certification
- IPAF licence
- PASMA certification
- First Aid at Work
- Essex-based
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Willingness to travel and work away from home
- Night shifts and occasional weekend work required
- Enhanced pay rates for nights and weekends
- Overtime available
