CIS Security has an exciting opportunity for a Security Officer who will be an on-site security ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism across all areas of the estate.
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the discreet, resident-focused security culture expected of a super-prime residential environment.
This site is a landmark Grade II* listed mixed-use development in the heart of Bayswater, comprising luxury residential apartments, Six Senses London hotel, premium retail, Everyman Cinema, Third Space gym, and a 128-space basement car park.
The estate is home to ultra-high-net-worth residents and international guests who expect an exceptional, discreet, and service-led security presence at all times.

Job Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License required.
- Minimum 3 years' security experience within super-prime residential developments, luxury hospitality, or high-profile mixed-use environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - all logs, reports, and correspondence must reflect a premium standard
- Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of service expectations in a luxury residential setting.
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure or emergency situations
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with security management software and Microsoft Office
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional bearing
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness for us to obtain)
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties.
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information?requested.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for all security, fire, and emergency incidents, following established protocols and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular external patrols, standing for extended periods, observing for any security threats or suspicious behaviour.
- Identify potential issues before they elevate and handle conflict professionally when it arises.
- Vigilantly monitor and respond to suspicious behaviour, loitering, or unattended items, and report back to the team and Head of Security.
- Assist visitors and the public with local information or general inquiries.
- Coordinate with on-site security officers, concierge, facilities, and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless estate-wide coverage.
- Always maintain radio communications discipline and professionalism.
- Produce shift handover reports and end-of-shift summaries to a consistently high standard.
- Support emergency evacuation procedures and liaise with emergency services as required.
