CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador for CIS Security, demonstrating and delivering high-quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users. This role is based within a newly redeveloped, sustainable central London office environment featuring modern flexible workspace, extensive terraces and roof gardens, dedicated wellness areas, and excellent transport connectivity. The building has been designed with a strong focus on sustainability, community, and high-quality user experience, creating a contemporary corporate setting for staff and visitors alike.

- Hours: Average 42 hours per week
- Shifts: 4 On 4 Off - Days & Nights
Job Requirements
- SIA Licence required.
- CCTV Licence required
- 5* Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year an advantage
- Ex forces would be an advantage.
- Must be flexible and be able to workdays, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
- Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills.
- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual.
- A friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character.
- To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable.
- Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties.
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro‑active and think on your feet use initiative.
- Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations.
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports
- To always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
- Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems (Lots of sites use different Systems)
- Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.
- Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
- Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, - Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.
- The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.
